![]() Mr. Cubbage is a Founder, Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Lightfoot Capital Partners. Prior to founding Lightfoot Capital, Mr. Cubbage was a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Midstream and Coal sectors in the Investment Banking Division of Banc of America Securities ("BAS"). He and his team originated and executed M&A, Capital Market, and other Investment Banking transactions for companies engaged in gathering, processing, transportation and storage of natural gas and refined petroleum products, as well as coal mining and royalty companies. This included Investment Banking coverage of Natural Resource companies organized as Master Limited Partnerships. Prior to joining BAS in 1998, Mr. Cubbage was a Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney in the Global Energy and Power Group. Mr. Cubbage is a member of the Lightfoot Capital Partners Board of Directors and a member of both the International Resource Partners LP and Arc Terminals LP Board of Advisors. Mr. Cubbage received an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management BA in Finance and Economics from Eastern Washington University. Mr. Hart is a Founder and Partner of Lightfoot Capital Partners. Prior to founding Lightfoot, Mr. Hart was a senior member in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group of BAS, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions transactions in the Midstream and Coal sectors. Before joining BAS, Mr. Hart worked for eight years in the M&A Group at JPMorgan Securities, where he primarily focused on advisory assignments in the Natural Resources, Media & Telecommunications and Healthcare sectors. He has extensive execution experience, including public and private company acquisitions and divestitures, tender offers, spin-offs, strategic investments and recapitalizations. Mr. Hart is a member of the International Resource Partners LP and Arc Terminals LP Board of Advisors. Mr. Hart holds an MBA from Yale University’s School of Management and an AB from Harvard College. Mr. Wotring is a Founder, Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Lightfoot Capital Partners. Previously, Mr. Wotring served as Vice President in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group of BAS, where he primarily focused on client coverage, capital raising and transaction execution for diversified energy companies and Master Limited Partnerships. Mr. Wotring was responsible for leading and executing a wide array of corporate finance transactions across the platform, including M&A advisory, initial public offerings, public equity and debt offerings, private company financings, and corporate restructurings. Prior to joining BAS, Mr. Wotring worked in the Manufacturing and Industrial Technology Investment Banking Group at First Union Securities. Mr. Wotring received an MBA from the Babcock School at Wake Forest University and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Blanchard joined Lightfoot Capital Partners in 2007. Prior to joining Lightfoot Capital, John was a Senior Associate with a boutique investment banking firm in Upstate New York that focused on serving small to lower middle market companies across a wide range industries. In this role, Mr. Blanchard was responsible for leading the execution of financial diligence, business valuation, market analysis, transactions for mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising assignments. Prior to investment banking, Mr. Blanchard worked as a Project Manager in the environmental engineering/geology field. During this time, he led teams of technicians and field personnel in implementing field investigations, subsurface studies, site remediation and geologic analysis on projects throughout the northeastern United States. Mr. Blanchard holds an MBA from the University of Rochester William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, an MS in Hydrogeology from Clemson University a BS from SUNY Buffalo. Mr. Oswald joined Lightfoot Capital Partners in 2007. Prior to joining Lightfoot Capital, Mr. Oswald was an Analyst in the Financial Advisory Services Group (Recapitalization, Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions) at Jefferies & Company, Inc. While at Jefferies, Mr. Oswald was engaged on a series of transactions including balance sheet restructurings, equity and debt financings and both buy - and - sell side advisory assignments. Mr. Oswald attended the University of Richmond, where he graduated with a BS in Business Administration, Finance and Leadership. Ms. Lok joined Lightfoot Capital Partners in 2007. Prior to joining Lightfoot Capital, Ms. Lok was a Controller at Select Equity Group, Inc., a registered investment advisor with over $6 billion assets under management. Prior to joining Select Equity. in 2004, Ms. Lok was an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Alternative Investments Group. Ms. Lok received a B. Comm. from McGill University and is a Chartered Accountant. Ms. Lok is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. |
