![]() Mr. Cubbage is a Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Lightfoot Capital Partners. Prior to founding Lightfoot Capital, Mr. Cubbage was a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Midstream and Coal sectors in the Investment Banking Division of Banc of America Securities ("BAS"). Before joining BAS, Mr. Cubbage was a Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney in the Global Energy and Power Group. Mr. Cubbage is a member of the Lightfoot Capital Partners Board of Directors and a member of both the International Resource Partners LP and Arc Terminals LP Board of Advisors. Mr. Cubbage received an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management and a BA from Eastern Washington University. Mr. Hart is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Lightfoot Capital Partners. Prior to founding Lightfoot, Mr. Hart was a senior member in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group of BAS, focusing on mergers and acquisitions transactions in the Midstream and Coal sectors. Before joining BAS, Mr. Hart worked in the M&A Group at JPMorgan Securities, primarily focused on natural resources. Mr. Hart is a member of both the International Resource Partners LP and Arc Terminals LP Board of Advisors. Mr. Hart received an MBA from Yale University's School of Management and an AB from Harvard College. Mr. Greenwood is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Lightfoot Capital Partners. Prior to joining Lightfoot Capital, Mr. Greenwood founded and was managing director of Carnegie Capital LLC, a financial advisory services firm providing investment banking assistance to the energy industry. Before Carnegie Capital, Mr. Greenwood served as Vice President—Finance and Treasurer of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. Prior to its merger with Energy Transfer, Mr. Greenwood served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Heritage Propane Partners, L.P. Before joining Heritage Propane, Mr. Greenwood was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. Mr. Greenwood has diverse financial and management experience in the energy industry during his career with several major public energy companies including MAPCO Inc., Penn Central Corporation, and The Williams Companies and has served on the board of directors of publicly traded energy companies listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ and London stock exchanges. Mr. Greenwood is a member of both the International Resource Partners LP and Arc Terminals LP Board of Advisors. Mr. Greenwood received an MBA from University of Tulsa and a BS in Business Administration Oklahoma State University. Mr. Pilatzke is the Controller of Lightfoot Capital Partners. Prior to joining Lightfoot Capital Mr. Pilatzke served as CFO and Controller of a venture capital firm specializing in seed stage investments in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector. In this role, Mr. Pilatzke was responsible for all of the accounting and reporting functions of the company and related portfolio companies. Prior to the pharmaceutical firm, Mr. Pilatzke worked as an auditor at Eisner LLP, an accounting and advisory firm. Mr. Pilatzke is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BS in Accounting from Binghamton University. Mr. Blanchard is an Associate of Lightfoot Capital Partners. Prior to joining Lightfoot Capital, Mr. Blanchard was a Senior Associate with a New York boutique investment banking firm that focused on serving small to lower middle market companies across a wide range industries. In this role, Mr. Blanchard was responsible for leading the execution of financial diligence, business valuation, market analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising assignments. Before investment banking, Mr. Blanchard worked as a Project Manager in the environmental engineering/geology field. During this time, he led teams of technicians and field personnel in implementing field investigations, subsurface studies, site remediation and geologic analysis on projects throughout the northeastern United States. Mr. Blanchard received an MBA from the University of Rochester William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, an MS in Hydrogeology from Clemson University and a BS from SUNY Buffalo. Mr. Oswald is an Associate of Lightfoot Capital Partners. Prior to joining Lightfoot Capital, Mr. Oswald was an Analyst in the Financial Advisory Services Group (Recapitalization, Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions) at Jefferies & Company, Inc. While at Jefferies, Mr. Oswald was engaged on a series of transactions including balance sheet restructurings, equity and debt financings and both buy- and sell-side advisory assignments. Mr. Oswald received a BS in Business Administration, Finance and Leadership from the University of Richmond. |
